The Casa Asclepios, a spacious villa of more than 150m², features a traditional layout of open living spaces on the ground floor with bedrooms on the first floor overlooking an extensive garden with views of the sea and lighthouse just in front.

The ground floor, designed for optimal indoor/outdoor living has a large 40m² family room with wood burning insert chimney, an entrance way with a half bathroom and large fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including oven, stove, dish washer, and full size fridge and freezer. An adjoining utility room houses an additional mid-size fridge and washing machine. All rooms on the ground floor have double doors opening onto covered and uncovered terraces lined with bougainvilleas, succulents and citrus trees.

The first floor is accessible by an interior stairway and leads to three ample bedrooms above. The first room includes a double bed and bathroom with shower and double sinks. It opens on to a shared terrace that adjoins the neighboring room. The middle bedroom, with 2 single beds and large wardrobe, also opens onto the shared furnished terrace. Bedroom number 3 also has a double bed, built-in closets and opens on to a private corner terrace furnished with table and chairs. A shared bathroom features a large shower and tub, double sinks and bidet. A separate room houses a private WC.

All upstairs and downstairs terraces are furnished and covered creating shaded areas to lounge or have meals outside. The 4x9m pool below at garden level is surrounded by 100 m² of pool deck with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pool is also bordered by walls protecting from the wind and ensuring safety of young guests.
